Membership EligibilityTo become a member of The Obscure, you must be at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to purchase and consume alcohol in The State of California. By becoming a member, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements the eligibility requirements in place at the time of admission.Membership BenefitsAs a member of The Obscure, you will have access to exclusive events, tastings, and other experiences related to the club's focus on alcoholic beverages. Membership benefits may vary and are subject to change at any time.Membership FeesMembership fees are due annually and are non-refundable. The club reserves the right to change the membership fee at any time, with notice to members. Members who renew their membership will retain access to membership benefits.Alcohol Service and Consumption
The Obscure serves alcoholic beverages in compliance with California state laws and regulations. Members must follow all club rules related to the service and consumption of alcohol, including but not limited to limits on the amount of alcohol served, prohibitions on serving alcohol to intoxicated individuals, and adherence to any other applicable laws or regulations.Alcohol Service and Consumption - Release of Liability
By becoming a member of The Obscure, you agree to release and hold harmless AD OBSCURA LLC., its officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your membership or participation in club events or activities. You agree to assume all risks associated with your membership, including but not limited to risks related to the consumption of alcohol.Termination of Membership
The Obscure reserves the right to terminate a member's membership at any time, with or without cause. Termination may result from violating club rules, failure to pay membership fees, or any other reason deemed sufficient by the club. In the event of termination, membership fees will not be refunded.Booking Service
Booking Process:AD OBSCURA LLC. provides a booking service for members to book seats at our locations. By booking with us, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact information, and payment details. You also opt-in to receiving one-time passwords via SMS. Non-Members are not permitted to use the name or personal information of the member to book space or events reserved for members; doing so violates the member terms and conditions.Payment and Refunds
You agree to pay for any services or products booked through [AD OBSCURA LLC.]. If payment is required, payment is due at the time of booking, and refunds are subject to the refund policy of the individual service provider.AD OBSCURA LLC.may retain a portion of the booking fee as a service charge.Cancellation and Changes
Changes or cancellations to bookings may be subject to additional fees or penalties. The service provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or maintenance issues.LiabilityAD OBSCURA LLC.is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from using its booking service. Users assume all risks associated with booking services or products through The Obscure.Mobile AppsUse of the App:AD OBSCURA LLC.provides a mobile app that allows users to access its services and products. By using the app, you agree to comply with these terms of use and any applicable laws or regulations.Ownership and Intellectual PropertyAD OBSCURA LLC.owns all rights, title, and interest in the app and its contents, including but not limited to text, video, images, and software. You may not modify, distribute, or copy any part of the app without [AD OBSCURA LLC.]'s express permission.Privacy and SecurityAD OBSCURA LLC. takes privacy and security seriously and implements reasonable measures to protect user data. However, AD OBSCURA LLC.cannot guarantee the security of user data and is not liable for any unauthorized access or use of the app or user data.User ContentYou agree to only upload or share content through the app that you have the right to distribute and that does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.AD OBSCURA LLC. reserves the right to remove any content that it deems inappropriate or offensive.Amendment of Terms
